I can't imagine myself eating the cow eyes nor the pig stomach. My father liked, iir, pork tongues and some small crustaceans he would eat raw straight out the sea. the idea of eating any of those turn my stomach upside down.

Can't eat horse meat (this is more a psychological thing, just like I wouldn't eat cats or dogs). I love shrimps & crabs and even fried squids. I love sushi. I dislike when shrimps are used in sushi.
